Sales Executive – Blossom Stayz
Blossom Stayz is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to manage inbound leads, conduct property visits, and convert prospects into tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads from WhatsApp, calls, AISensy, and website
- Follow up with prospects and schedule property visits
- Recommend suitable Blossom Stayz properties based on customer needs
- Update lead status in CRM
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth move-ins
- Achieve monthly occupancy and revenue targets
