Daksh Building Material & Hardware is hiring an experienced Sales Executive who has strong knowledge of Building Materials, Hardware, Paints, Plumbing, Electrical, Safety Products, and their market rates.

• Required KnowledgeCement, TMT Steel, Bricks, Sand, Aggregate
• Hardware Items (Nuts, Bolts, Screws, Hinges, Locks, Tools)
• Paints, Putty, Primer & Waterproofing Products
• Plumbing Materials (PVC, CPVC, UPVC, SWR Pipes & Fittings)
• Electrical Materials (Wires, Switches, MCB, Conduits, LED Lights)
• Safety Products (Helmet, Gloves, Safety Shoes, Fire Extinguishers, Safety Jackets)
• Knowledge of market rates, brands, specifications, and customer requirements
• ResponsibilitiesMeet Contractors, Builders, Architects & Interior Designers
• Generate New Business & Convert Leads
• Prepare Quotations and Negotiate Prices
• Maintain Customer Relationships
• Coordinate with Vendors & Purchase Team
• Achieve Monthly Sales Targets
• Submit Daily Sales & Visit Reports
• RequirementsGood communication and negotiation skills
• Building Material industry experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of product specifications and current market pricing
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
