Job Description
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
- Help maintain and update the candidate database (ATS or spreadsheets).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Participate in initial candidate screening calls.
- Support employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, hiring campaigns, etc.).
- Assist in organizing campus recruitment drives and career events.
