Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team at Nayan Reality. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing property sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads through calls, references, social media, and property portals

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties

Schedule and conduct property site visits with clients

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and investors

Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits

Coordinate with developers and channel partners when required

Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Maintain proper customer records and sales reports

Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
