Job Description (JD) – Sales Executive Position
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Phase 4, Gurugram, Haryana

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle HNI clients professionally and provide personalized consultation.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable luxury farm investment options.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the buying process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in handling HNI clients and premium customer segments.
- Strong understanding and analytical ability to identify customer needs.
- Convincing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Good presentation and sales closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, luxury products, banking, insurance, or wealth management.
- Experience in luxury real estate sales will be an added advantage.
