Job Description (JD) – Sales Executive Position

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Phase 4, Gurugram, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage sales leads through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Handle HNI clients professionally and provide personalized consultation.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable luxury farm investment options.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the buying process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in handling HNI clients and premium customer segments.
  • Strong understanding and analytical ability to identify customer needs.
  • Convincing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Good presentation and sales closing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, luxury products, banking, insurance, or wealth management.
  • Experience in luxury real estate sales will be an added advantage.
