Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
  • Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and records.
  • Coordinate with the purchase, accounts, and logistics teams regarding order status and deliveries.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and payments.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure timely communication between customers and internal departments.
