Salary: 25,000 – 30,000/month + Incentives + Travel Reimbursement

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Description:

This is for fast-growing funded startup that is changing how construction materials are bought and sold in India. We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Associates to join our Gurgaon team.

Your work will include:

• Visiting contractors, builders, and residential societies in your area
• Generating leads and building a strong customer pipeline
• Onboarding retail partners and distributors
• Promoting the company's platform and helping customers get started
• Meeting architects, interior designers, and project consultants
• Maintaining daily visit reports and market feedback

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience in field sales, FMCG, real estate, construction sales, or similar.
• Are comfortable with daily outdoor field work
• Have strong communication and convincing skills
• Own a two-wheeler (preferred)
• Can join immediately or within 7 days
