Sales And Operations Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. E Com, GeM Direct , GeM Tender , GeM Repeat Business, Corporate Sales ( Direct / IndiaMART), Website Queries
2. Daily To Do Task Monitoring of all teams in Morning / Evening & allocation of work 
3. Monitoring all issues to their resolution for all departments
4. Monitoring Procurement for pending orders for all departments with minimum 30 days payment terms
5. Control overall cost of the company - Procurement of Material / Freight / Installations / Repair / New Hirings
6. Summary Report for all departments in a proper format to analyize the data for discusion & performance 
7. Data analytics to be done through MIS to be shared with sales team to increase their performance
8. In depth process knowledge of GeM Direct / Tender / E Com Portals / IndiaMART Portals
9. Use of E Mails Writing / Customer mails monitoring for sales & operations
10. New Vendor Development for Buying Material & Services / Products add on / bills verifications 
11. Maintaning details of customer queries , sending quotations follow ups and handling escalations 
12. Maintaining documents related to all departments ( HR / Operations / Sales / Procurement / Accounts )
13. Coordination with HR for all vacant positions & adherance of all company policies 
14. Organized various trainings for knoweledge enhancement & personal growth
15. Coordination with Team for Payment Collection vs Due Payment
16. Handling Team for Service Calls to resolve complaints on time & Revenue Generation with AMC / CAMC
17. Montoring Packaging & Dispatch of material in proper way to reduce losses
18. Monitoring for Delivery of Material / Return / Damage / DOA/ RTO / Reverse Pickup
19. Support to all sales teams in giving prices for Catalogs Mgt / Tenders Quote by doing L1 Pricing as Matket Strategy
20. Suggest team on adding new OEM's & adding new products to increase business
21. Suggest team to work on multiple E Com Portals / Own Website / GeM Portals 
22. Coordination with Accounts for Coodination Activities of Multiple Depts & Complaince of F&A
