Shift: US Shift | Night Shift

About the Role
SS Overseas is looking for confident and target-driven Sales Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services clearly.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
