Job Description
• Manage complete store operations, including opening/closing, daily sales targets and customer service.
• Lead, train, motivate and manage the store team for smooth operations and high performance.
• Handle inventory management including ordering, receiving, merchandising and stock checks.
• Drive sales through promotions, upselling and customer engagement.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety standards and visual merchandising.
• Resolve customer complaints and build long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor sales reports, expenses and KPIs; report to HQ.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and manage petty cash.
• Handle POS systems, billing and basic administrative tasks.
