Floor pe Kaam

• Guests ka swagat karo, unhe seat karo aur comfortable feel karao
• Food aur beverages ka order lo aur KOT ke zariye kitchen ko bhejo
• Sahi dish sahi guest tak pahunchao — koi confusion nahi
• Guests ko better dishes aur drinks suggest karo (upselling)
• Complaints ko thand se suno aur jaldi se solve karo

Kitchen ke Saath Coordination

• Service ke dauran kitchen ke saath lagatar contact mein raho
• Order ki priority, changes aur special requests clearly batao
• Agar koi order late ho raha hai toh pehle guest ko inform karo
• Khana sahi time pe aur sahi condition mein kitchen se nikle — yeh ensure karo
• Kisi bhi dish mein quality issue ho toh turant kitchen ko report karo
• Floor aur kitchen ke beech ki link tum ho — koi miscommunication nahi chalega

Team ko Manage Karo

• Apni shift mein 3–4 stewards ko guide aur supervise karo
• Clearly batao kaun paani dega, kaun table clear karega, kaun reset karega
• Har shift se pehle team ko brief karo — menu, specials aur expected guests ke baare mein
• Galtiyan ho toh floor pe hi, calmly theek karo

Table aur Floor

• Food aur beverages serve karo aur table setup mein hamesha help karo
• Apna section saaf, tidy aur properly set rakho har waqt
• Guests ke jaane ke 5 minute ke andar table reset ho jaana chahiye
• Service shuru hone se pehle sabhi tables fully set honi chahiye
• Kitchen staff ko food preparation aur cleanup mein support karo
• High service standards maintain karke guests ka dining experience best banao

Billing

• Guest ke maangne par bill time pe present karo
• Bill dene se pehle ek baar check karo — koi galti nahi honi chahiye
• Payment ke liye cashier ke saath smoothly coordinate karo
