Role: Relationship Manager / Deputy Manager – Field Sales

Salary: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-driven professionals who are passionate about sales, client handling, and business development. This is a frontline revenue role focused on customer acquisition and achieving business loan disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through field visits, cold calling & reference networks

Acquire new customers and build strong client relationships

Conduct customer profiling & collect required documents

Achieve monthly sales & disbursement targets

Pitch Business Loan / SME Loan products to customers

Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure conversion & customer satisfaction

Manage local connectors like DSAs, CAs, Brokers & Market Influencers

Ensure KYC compliance and company credit policies adherence

Track daily productivity (login, sanction & disbursement)

Candidate Profile

Graduation Mandatory (MBA Preferred)

1.5 – 5 Years experience in NBFC / Bank / Fintech Field Sales

Experience in SME Loans / Business Loans / LAP preferred

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Target-oriented and field sales mindset

Basic understanding of credit & financial assessment

Own Vehicle Mandatory (Field Role)
