Relationship Manager

Drive new customer acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling.

Conduct product training and awareness sessions for bank staff.

Follow up on leads and ensure smooth proposal submission and policy issuance.

Maintain regular tracking of sales performance, leads, conversions, and targets.

Ensure excellent customer service and support policyholder retention.

Coordinate with internal teams and bank teams for query resolution and smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
