Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
  • Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for interview feedback.
  • Negotiate salary within the approved budget and extend offers.
  • Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely MIS reporting.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Meet hiring targets and recruitment turnaround time (TAT).
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sourcing and screening abilities.
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment portals is preferred.
