Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for interview feedback.
- Negotiate salary within the approved budget and extend offers.
- Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely MIS reporting.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets and recruitment turnaround time (TAT).
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sourcing and screening abilities.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment portals is preferred.
