Real Estate Sales Specialist

Company: Investors Clinic Infratech Pvt. Ltd.  

Position: Real Estate Sales Executive / Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager or more senior profiles  

Experience Required: 1 to 10 Years  

Location: Sector 71, Gurgaon  

Key Responsibilities:

Handle residential & commercial real estate sales across Gurgaon

Conduct site visits, property presentations & client meetings

Generate leads through references, networking & digital channels

Follow-up with clients, handle objections & close deals

Maintain client relationships & ensure high customer satisfaction

Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets

Coordinate with developers & internal teams for smooth closures

Update CRM and share daily sales reports with management

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate / Insurance / Banking or other sales

Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills

Self-motivated, target-oriented & go-getter attitude

Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market preferred

Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline
