Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and developing effective sales strategies to maximize business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain CRM records.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals successfully.
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams for smooth transaction processing.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 2–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and property regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients.
  • Preferred SkillsExcellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
