Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to manage property sales, generate leads, conduct site visits, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable property options, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate and follow up on sales leads
  • Conduct client meetings and property site visits
  • Assist customers in property selection and purchase process
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records


Requirements:-


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales-driven and customer-focused approach
  • Experience in real estate sales preferred
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
