Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive


Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales and build strong client relationships. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing deals while achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Conduct property site visits and presentations.

Negotiate deals and ensure successful closures.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Keep updated on market trends and project information.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in real estate or direct sales.
