Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property selection, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets through effective client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, references, and digital platforms.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure.
• Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM records.
• Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
• 1years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to convince and close sales effectively.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market and property sales process.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
