About the Company:

RACH INFRA PVT. LTD. is an infrastructure execution company operating the Gear On Rent vertical — a managed equipment deployment and turnkey RMC batching plant business. We serve clients like UltraTech Cement, Infra.Market, and large EPC contractors across India. We operate CP60, CP90, CP120 batching plants, transit mixers, and a full construction equipment fleet.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a results-driven Purchase Manager to own procurement across raw materials and equipment for our batching plant operations. This is not a coordination role — you will be responsible for cost control, vendor relationships, and supply chain continuity across active sites. If you know construction procurement inside out and can negotiate hard, we want to talk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raw Material Procurement: Cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures, fly ash, micro silica
• - Equipment Spare Parts & Consumables: Source and manage procurement for plant and fleet
• - Vendor Development: Identify, qualify, and develop vendors; manage rate contracts
• - Purchase Order Management: Raise, track, and close POs; maintain documentation
• - Cost Control: Drive cost reduction through negotiation and market benchmarking
• - Coordination: Work closely with plant operations and site teams on requirements and delivery schedules
• - Budget Adherence: Track procurement spend against budget; report variances

Requirements:

• Education: B.Com / MBA or relevant degree
• - Experience: 5-10 years in construction / RMC / infrastructure procurement
• - Preferred: Experience with batching plant raw material supply chain
• - Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
