Job Description

Sourcing and Procurement

  • Source and buy raw food items (vegetables, dairy, meat, seafood, spices, and grains).
  • Procure non-food items like disposable packaging, cleaning supplies, and kitchen tools.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requisitions from the head chef or operations team.
  • Track orders to make sure deliveries arrive on schedule before catering
