Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Calling and coordinating with vendors/clients
* Scheduling meetings and appointments
* Follow-ups and daily task management
* WhatsApp and email communication
* Maintaining documents, invoices and records
* Basic Excel/Google Sheets
* E-commerce/marketplace coordination
* Inventory coordination
* Research and administrative work
* Using ChatGPT and AI tools to complete tasks faster
