Operations Manager

 We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage day-to-day business operations, client relationships, field activities, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in the healthcare, diagnostics, clinics, hospitals, or related industries will be preferred. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth and timely execution of business activities.

* Conduct regular field visits to clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other client locations.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders.

* Understand client requirements, operational challenges, and business needs, and provide appropriate solutions.

* Handle client queries, concerns, and operational requirements effectively and professionally.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and smooth service delivery.

* Manage end-to-end client onboarding and provide ongoing operational support.

* Monitor operational activities and ensure commitments to clients are fulfilled within agreed timelines.

* Take ownership of operational issues and drive them to closure through effective follow-up and coordination.

* Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

* Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required Experience & Qualifications

* 3–5 years of relevant work experience in operations, client servicing, business operations, or a similar role.

* Prior experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry is preferred.

* Experience working in a startup, fast-paced, or high-growth environment will be an added advantage.

* Strong understanding of client handling, operational coordination, and service delivery.

* Willingness to travel locally for regular field visits and client meetings.
