About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Provider Growth to work closely with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers across our network.

You will act as a trusted growth partner to providers helping them adopt the LabStack platform, improve operations, unlock new revenue opportunities, and grow their healthcare business.

This is a field-intensive role involving regular visits to healthcare providers.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and provider teams.
  • Train providers and their staff on LabStack products and workflows.
  • Drive platform adoption and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to increase provider revenue and utilization.
  • Help providers launch new services and healthcare programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for provider growth and success.
  • Gather market feedback and work with internal teams to improve products and operations.
  • Ensure high levels of provider satisfaction and retention.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in operations, provider management, account management, healthcare partnerships, or healthcare sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Passion for helping healthcare providers succeed.
