Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate customer orders and dispatches
* Manage inventory updates and stock tracking
* Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and B2B partners
* Handle marketplace operations (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, etc.)
* Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and social media
* Upload and update products on Shopify and marketplaces
* Assist with content scheduling and basic administrative tasks
* Maintain trackers, reports, and operational records
Requirements:
* Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
* Strong follow-up and communication skills
* Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and basic online tools
* Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
* Prior experience in e-commerce, operations, customer support, or administration is a plus
