Job Description – Client Support & Operations Coordinator 

Job Title: Service Coordinator & Client support 

Location: Gurugram

Type: Full-time 


We are looking for a proactive and organized candidate for the role of Coordinator & Client Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating between clients and domestic staff, ensuring timely service delivery, handling client communications, maintaining operational records, and supporting client satisfaction and business growth. 


Key Responsibilities

Service Scheduling- 

• Monitor service assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Coordinate replacements or alternative arrangements in case of staff unavailability.

• Follow up with domestic staff to ensure all client orders and service requests are attended to as per the scheduled time. 

Travel & Logistics Management- 

• Arrange travel and ride bookings for domestic staff whenever required

• Provide logistical support to ensure staff can reach client locations on time.

Client Support- 

• Attend client calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Address client grievances and coordinate resolutions efficiently.

• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.

• Support business development initiatives to expand the client base.

Service Coordination- 

• Understand client requirements and expectations thoroughly.

• Arrange and coordinate services according to client orders and specifications

• Ensure seamless communication between clients and service staff.

• Maintain accurate records of client orders, service schedules, and staff assignments.

• Keep attendance records updated and digitized.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of operational records for easy retrieval and reporting.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.

• Customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital record-keeping tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1-3 Years prior experience in coordination, customer service, operations, or administrative roles.
