Motor Insurance MIS & Payout Executive

Job Title: MIS Executive (Motor Insurance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible professional to manage Motor Insurance MIS verification, payout reconciliation, and coordination with insurance companies and brokers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate payout calculations, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining regular follow-up for timely payout collection.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and verify MIS reports received from Insurance Companies and Insurance Brokers.

* Cross-check payout calculations and ensure payouts are credited as per agreed rates.

* Identify and resolve payout discrepancies through regular coordination with insurers and brokers.

* Maintain accurate records of payout receivables and outstanding amounts.

* Conduct regular follow-ups with insurance companies and brokers for payout corrections and releases.

* Prepare reconciliation reports and management updates.

* Coordinate with internal sales and accounts teams for payout-related queries.

* Monitor pending cases and ensure timely closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Good knowledge of Motor Insurance products and processes.

* Understanding of insurance payout structures and commission calculations.

* Strong follow-up and communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of Accounts and MIS reconciliation.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

* Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and meet deadlines.

Experience:

* Experience in Motor Insurance, Insurance Broking, or Insurance Operations will be preferred.
