Job Overview

We are looking for confident, presentable, and enthusiastic Medical Representatives (MRs) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting hospitals, building relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, promoting Cosma’s healthcare solutions, and generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare professionals regularly.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and hospital staff.
• Introduce and explain Cosma’s healthcare products and solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through hospital and healthcare visits.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors and healthcare stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business and sales activities.
• Maintain daily visit records, follow-up reports, and activity updates.
• Collect market feedback and share relevant insights with the management team.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in Medical Representative, Pharma, Healthcare, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel for hospital and clinic visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Healthcare/pharma experience will be an added advantage.
