Mechanical Billing Engineering

Skymax Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Engineer (Mechanical) to join our growing project team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing operations for mechanical works, ensuring accurate quantity verification, timely invoice preparation, and compliance with project and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process running bills and final bills for mechanical works.
• Verify site measurements, executed quantities, and work progress at project sites.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, procurement, and accounts teams for billing inputs and approvals.
• Maintain BOQ records, rate analysis, variation statements, and billing documentation.
• Ensure billing activities comply with project specifications, contracts, and company standards.
• Monitor project progress and support cost control and project reporting activities.
• Assist in reconciliation of quantities and preparation of client billing submissions.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in mechanical billing within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing/project management software.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple project requirements efficiently.
