Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end growth marketing, brand

execution, and offline-to-online integration. The role spans performance marketing, retail and offline

activations, marketing operations, and experimentation-led growth. You will work closely with growth,

product, sales, and creative teams to design and execute high-impact campaigns that improve

acquisition, engagement, and retention across channels.

Key responsibilities

● Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and external agencies to drive

data-backed decision-making and continuous marketing performance improvement.

● Own end-to-end campaign activation including briefing, execution, optimization, and reporting

across digital channels, ensuring fast and efficient go-to-market execution.

● Build and manage marketing operations including workflows, tracking systems, attribution

models, dashboards, budget pacing, and performance reporting for high-quality execution

discipline.

● Design and scale CRM-led lifecycle marketing, automation workflows, and analytics systems to

improve retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.

● Lead retail and offline marketing initiatives including in-store branding, activations, events,

kiosks, and trade marketing, ensuring strong brand visibility and conversion across physical

touchpoints.

● Translate business objectives into integrated full-funnel campaigns and coordinate with creative

teams for execution.


Key Requirements

● Min 2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles (FMCG preferred)

● Exposure to retail marketing and offline activation execution

● Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

● Strong analytical thinking with creative problem-solving skills

● Hands-on execution mindset with attention to detail and speed
