Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads • Monitor daily KPIs such as CPL, CPM, CTR, lead volume, and lead quality • Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights • Optimize audience targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, placements, and budget allocation • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports • Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives • Ensure campaign pacing aligns with targets • Track lead quality and recommend improvements • Support growth initiatives through performance marketing strategies Required Skills • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads • Strong analytical and Excel skills • Media planning and forecasting • Understanding of lead quality and business metrics • Ability to manage, optimize, and analyze campaign performance
