QUALIFICATION                          DIPLOMA/B.Tech IN ELECTRICAL                                               

EXPERIENCE                               8- 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE

WORKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED                                                                                                      

1           Hands on Experience with injection molding machines like- windsor,ferromatic,multiplas,fanuc Etc and plc basic knowledge                                                                                     

2           Should have knowledge in Hydraulic circuit , valve function ,pump repairing and valve repairing etc                                                                                 

3           Should have Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatics repair maintenance and understand both drawing                                                                                

4           Break down why-why and preventive maintenance plan of all machines & Utilities                                                                                       

5           Manpower handling and shift schedule rotation                                                                            

6           Good knowledge of Electrical ,power system under stand electrical drawing                                                                                       

7           Proper break down analysis to reduce down time,illuminate cronic problem                                                                                      

8           Should be Knowledge of prepair monthly data as KPI ,MTTR,MTBF and cost saving kaizens and improvements project                                                                                

9           Good skill in Excel & Power point and (dg ,compressor,acb,vcb,transformer,cooling tower,pump)                                                                             

10             Candidate will be responsible for sustaining maintenance and system documentation.
