Logistics Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented D2C Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in order fulfillment, courier coordination, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage order processing and shipment tracking
2. Coordinate with courier partners and warehouses
3. Ensure timely delivery of all customer orders
4. Handle returns (RTO) and resolve delivery-related issues
5. Maintain logistics data, reports, and dashboards
6. Resolve operational escalations efficiently
7. Ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations

Requirements

1. Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics / supply chain (preferably D2C)
2. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
3. Experience with courier aggregators (like Shiprocket, Nimbus, etc.) is a plus
4. Good knowledge of order management and inventory systems
5. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
