Role SummaryWe are hiring a Legal Associate with strong real estate documentation experience. The candidate should be able to handle legal drafting, property due diligence, registry documentation, title verification, RERA-related work, compliance, and customer documentation with accuracy and ownership.

Key Responsibilities• Draft and review agreements, sale deeds, allotment letters, MOUs, affidavits, declarations, and other real estate documents.

• Conduct property due diligence including title verification, ownership checks, land records, and document validation.

• Prepare and verify registry-related documents for plot/property transactions.

• Support RERA documentation, compliance records, and project-related legal files.

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, advocates, consultants, and government offices where required.

• Review customer documentation and ensure accuracy before execution.

• Maintain legal records, case files, compliance files, and property documentation in an organized manner.

• Identify legal risks in property documents and highlight issues to management.

• Support end-to-end real estate transaction documentation.

Must-Have Skills• Minimum 3 years of legal experience, preferably in real estate.

• Strong knowledge of real estate documentation and registry process.

• Good drafting skills for agreements, deeds, letters, and legal documents.

• Understanding of title search, due diligence, property records, and compliance checks.

• Basic understanding of RERA and real estate legal processes.

• Good command over MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

• High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.

Preferred Skills• Experience with plotted development, land/property documentation, or developer-side legal work.

• Knowledge of Haryana/Gujarat real estate documentation process will be an advantage.

• Ability to coordinate with advocates, registry offices, and documentation teams.

• Strong follow-up and file management skills.
