Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Laparoscopy Application & Sales Manager to drive sales growth and provide clinical/application support for our laparoscopic surgical products and equipment.

The candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with laparoscopic surgeons, general surgeons, hospitals, OT teams, procurement departments, biomedical engineers, and distributors, while ensuring effective product demonstrations, clinical support, product adoption, and achievement of sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of laparoscopic procedures, surgical workflow, medical devices, and hospital procurement processes, along with proven sales and team-management capabilities.

• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in medical-device/medical-equipment sales, preferably in Laparoscopy, Endoscopy, General Surgery, or related surgical products.
• Strong experience dealing with surgeons, hospitals, procurement teams, and OT staff.
• Hands-on experience with product demonstrations and/or intra-operative case support is highly preferred.

Location & Travel

The position is field-based and requires regular travel to hospitals, surgical centers, and customer sites. The candidate should be comfortable providing OT/case support and conducting customer visits across the assigned territory.
