Kitchen Helper

As a “Kitchen Helper” you will be working along with a dynamic team of culinary enthusiasts. Your major role will be to organize prepare and organize food items. The major job responsibilities involve: 

·        Mise Planning Assistance: Assist in the Mise Planning according to recipes and specifications of the food items. 

·        Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and Sanitize kitchen equipment, fruits and vegetables and workstations. 

·        Understanding FIFO, FEFO and MRD: As a kitchen helper, you must have an understanding of FIFO, FEFO and MRD processes.

·        Recipe and Product Knowledge: Alongside, the kitchen helper will be required to work on the recipe or product knowledge as well. 

·        Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the kitchen. Follow and adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
