Kia Experience Consultant

We are looking for a customer-focused and well-spoken Kia Experience Consultant to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the dealership journey. The candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, feedback management, complaint resolution, follow-ups, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers professionally at the dealership.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, CRM, and other departments for customer-related issues.
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Take customer feedback and maintain proper records.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer calls and follow-up activities.
• Ensure proper communication with customers regarding service, delivery, and other dealership processes.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/DMS regularly.
• Support the dealership in achieving customer satisfaction and experience targets.
• Follow Kia customer experience standards and company processes.
• EligibilityQualification: Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Automobile / Kia / Automotive Dealership / Customer Relationship / CRM.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM/DMS knowledge preferred.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
