Job Description

  1. Major Roles & Responsibilities in Customer RetentionBuilding Strong Client Relationships
  2. Develop and maintain healthy relationships with key clients through regular communication and meetings.
  3. Understanding Customer Needs
  4. Analyze customer requirements, business goals, and challenges to provide suitable solutions and support.
  5. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  6. Resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure smooth service delivery to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  7. Handling Escalations & Issues
  8. Act as the main point of contact for resolving complaints, service issues, or operational challenges.
  9. Providing Personalized Support
  10. Offer customized solutions and strategies based on client expectations and business requirements.
  11. Regular Follow-Ups
  12. Conduct periodic follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and strengthen engagement.
  13. Cross-Selling & Upselling Opportunities
  14. Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or products that add value to the client.
  15. Monitoring Account Performance
  16. Track account growth, customer satisfaction levels, contract renewals, and retention metrics.
  17. Coordinating with Internal Teams
  18. Work closely with operations, sales, finance, and support teams to ensure timely service execution.
  19. Contract Renewal & Retention Planning
  20. Ensure timely renewal discussions and create retention strategies to reduce customer churn.
