Job Description

Job Description – Junior Accountant

Location: Gurugram, Sector 39

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, invoicing, reconciliations, and GST/TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tax invoices and proforma invoices.
  • Maintain books of accounts and record bank transactions.
  • Handle vendor payments, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
  • Manage GST, TDS, GSTR-1, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
  • Handle PF/ESIC compliance and documentation.
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist with financial statements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.

Requirements:

  • B.Com or relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
