Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter & 3D Visualizer (Interior & Elevation)

About the Role:

PAC Design is hiring a skilled AutoCAD Drafter & 3D Designer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will handle precise technical working drawings and draft accurate 2D plans, along with creating realistic 3D residential interior views and exterior elevations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • 2D Drafting: Prepare complete interior working drawings, including layout plans, electrical layouts, plumbing schematics, ceiling details, and joinery drawings using AutoCAD.

  • 3D Visualization: Develop realistic 3D views for residential interiors and exterior architectural elevations based on 2D layouts and concepts.

  • Coordination: Work closely with interior designers and project leads to convert preliminary designs into execution-ready technical drawings.

  • Revisions: Incorporate design modifications and ensure accuracy, detailing, and high render quality within tight deadlines.

Required Skills:


  • 2D Drafting Tools: Strong command of AutoCAD (working drawings, floor plans, electrical, plumbing, elevations).

  • 3D Software: Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and D5 Render (or SketchUp / Enscape / Lumion).

  • Technical knowledge of residential interior materials, construction details, and layout standards.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both drafting and rendering.
