We are hiring Telesales Executives for outbound sales process for Gurgaon Location. The role involves engaging customers over voice calls, promoting insurance-related products/services, handling queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound sales calls as per assigned process.

• Promote insurance products (life, term, or health).

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

• Maintain call quality, compliance, and documentation.

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

• Deliver professional and courteous customer interactions.

Candidate Profile / Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• 0-2 years health insurance sales experience.

• Age up to 35 years.

• Good command over English (Verbal & Written).

• Versant Level 4 or 5 (Voice).

• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000 CTC (based on experience and interview performance).

Shift & Working Details

• 6 days working.

• Rotational weekly off.

• Male candidates: 24x7 rotational shifts.

• Female candidates: 7 AM – 7 PM shift window.
