• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries related to international travel, holidays, flights, and packages.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Generate sales through inbound/outbound calls and convert leads into bookings.
• Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and package details with customers.
• Follow up with customers and ensure maximum conversion.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
• RequirementsExcellent communication skills in English.
• Freshers or Minimum 1 year of experience in international travel sales preferred.
• Knowledge of international destinations, travel packages, flights, and hotel bookings will be an advantage.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in international shifts.
