Job Description
Urgent Requirement - Indian Base Chef. Multicusine
Work Location - Barmer (Rajasthan ) Accomdation from company side.
- Plan and prepare a variety of dishes (appetizers, main courses, desserts).
- Design menus and suggest new recipes.
- Ensure food is cooked and presented to high standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Monitor food stock, order ingredients, and manage inventory.
- Control portion sizes and minimize food waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
