Job Title: AM/DM – Talent Acquisition (B2C Sales Hiring)

Function: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

• Job Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end recruitment activities across PAN India through various sourcing channels.
• Handling the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Hiring for B2C Sales roles across Mid, Senior, and Leadership levels.
• Sourcing quality profiles through job portals, references, social media, and headhunting.
• Screening, shortlisting, and conducting interviews with candidates.
• Coordinating interviews with stakeholders and ensuring timely closures.
• Salary negotiation and offer discussion with shortlisted candidates.
• Conducting reference checks and collecting joining documents.
• Maintaining recruitment MIS and candidate database.
• Ensuring achievement of hiring targets within TAT.
• Mandatory Requirement:Strong experience in B2C Sales Hiring is mandatory.
• Experience in Non-IT Recruitment and Leadership Hiring preferred.
• Qualification:MBA / Any Graduate
• Experience:4 to 8 Years
• Age:27 to 32 Years
