Job Description

* Manage end-to-end recruitment through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other job portals.

* Source, screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.

* Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules.

* Handle candidate follow-ups, selection and joining formalities.

* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.

* Manage onboarding and employee-related documentation.

* Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination.

* Address basic employee queries and coordinate with management.

* Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and administrative activities.
