Job Description – Non-IT RecruiterJob Title: Non-IT Recruiter
Job Type: Full-Time
- Job Responsibilities:Source and screen candidates for various non-IT job roles.
- Understand the hiring requirements and create suitable job postings.
- Search for candidates through job portals, databases, and other recruitment sources.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Achieve assigned hiring targets within the given timeline.
- Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR will be preferred.
- Ability to source and screen candidates for multiple non-IT roles.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
