HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day recruitment and employee engagement activities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Manage job postings on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation.
• Support attendance and daily HR activities.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requirements.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
• Prepare basic HR reports and maintain trackers.
• RequirementsPursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com/BA or a related course.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
