Customer Support Executive (Bilingual – Telugu and Tamil)
Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives who are fluent in Telugu and Tamil and basic English to handle customer queries effectively and provide a seamless support experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Telugu and English.
Resolve queries through calls, emails, or chat as per business needs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers.
Accurately record customer information and feedback in the system.
Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Fluency in Telugu (mandatory) and Tamil along with good English communication skills.
Prior experience in customer support will be preferred, though freshers can also apply.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts.
Ability to work from office, 6 days a week.

Salary: ₹20,528 Gross (₹18,400 In-hand) + ₹3,500 Travel Allowance
