About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, with a focus on rooftop solar, renewable energy, lead generation, and customer acquisition campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, understand basic branding principles, and be comfortable working with marketing teams to convert ideas and content into engaging visual creatives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging and visually appealing graphics for marketing campaigns.
• Design creatives for rooftop solar, renewable energy, and energy-related campaigns.
• Develop social media posts, digital ads, banners, and other marketing creatives.
• Create brochures, leaflets, flyers, presentations, and other print/digital materials.
• Convert marketing concepts, ideas, and content into creative visual designs.
• Adapt designs for different digital and print formats and platforms.
• Create visual content focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Maintain consistency with the company's brand guidelines across all creatives.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver designs within timelines.
• Make design modifications based on feedback and campaign requirements.
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative formats.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Mandatory Skills & ToolsAdobe Illustrator – Mandatory
• Adobe Photoshop – Mandatory
• Canva – Mandatory
• Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of digital and social media design formats.
• Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Educational QualificationBachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate Profile0–2 years of relevant experience in graphic design.
• Strong creative and visual design skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective designs.
• Ability to manage multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio is mandatory for consideration.
