Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager – Team Lead to oversee and drive the performance of our real estate team. The ideal candidate will lead from the front, ensuring smooth operations, achieving sales targets, and fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate professionals to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to the team.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.

Business Development & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships within the real estate sector.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Sales & Client Relationship Management:

  • Oversee high-value client interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
  • Assist the team in closing high-value deals and resolving escalations.

Operations & Reporting:

  • Monitor team performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions.
  • Manage daily operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies.
